Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Real Capital Partners Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Chris Harris brings two decades of experience across multiple industries with expertise in building institutional investor-quality real estate and operational platforms comprising over $2 billion in combined transaction volume.

Mr. Harris is the CEO and co-founder of Store Space, a self-storage business with assets under management of over $1 billion. He is also a co-founder of Sud Stop Car Wash, an express car wash company with 33 locations, as well as a partner and co-founder in Storage 360, a proprietary self-storage technology platform.

Prior to founding Store Space, Mr. Harris was a co-founder of JLE Industries, a trucking and global logistics company that grew to over 250 company-owned tractors and was recapitalized in 2018. He was also the Chief Executive Officer at iStorage before its $700 million combined sale to National Storage Affiliates (NYSE:NSA). Mr. Harris was also a Senior Vice President with Mutual of Omaha Bank where he managed over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans.

Mr. Harris earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of New Mexico and attended UNLV Boyd School of Law.

Mr. Consalvo is the President and CEO of Sud Stop Car Wash, an express car wash business dedicated to elevating the guest experience through the latest technology, great people and industry-leading technology. The company launched in 2024 with multiple locations across the southeastern U.S., with a goal of 33 locations operational in 5 states within 24 months. Mr. Consalvo is responsible for the oversight of all company departments including operations, marketing, accounting, construction, and IT.

Mr. Consalvo is also a partner and co-founder of Store Space, a self-storage business with assets under management of over $1 billion, and holds the same role with Storage360, a proprietary self-storage technology platform.

Prior to co-founding Store Space, Mr. Consalvo was the President and Chief Technical Officer for Storage Rentals of America (SROA). He was also a key stakeholder in iStorage before its $700 million combined sale to National Storage Affiliates (NYSE:NSA).

Mr. Consalvo earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Temple University.

As President and Chief Operating Officer for Store Space Self Storage, Mr. Collins oversees the company’s daily operations as well as the implementation of the company’s strategic vision to grow its footprint and increase value for investors.

A data-driven, strategic-minded executive, Mr. Collins is an experienced executive and digital marketer who joined Store Space in 2023 as Chief Marketing Officer. He has overseen or materially influenced the launch of the company’s new website, property management system, and Speed-e-Rent, the platform’s e-sign technology, all of which have contributed to significant gains in operational efficiency and streamlined the customer experience.

Mr. Collins had formerly been with Public Storage since 2007; from Director of Interactive Marketing to his last role as Vice President, Head of Marketing. His initiatives included the creation and deployment of their mobile website, eRental platform and mobile app, among others.

Mr. Collins earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Marketing from the University of Colorado and his Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.

Chief Legal Officer

Chief Legal Officer Vince Toenjes brings to Real Capital Partners nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate law.

Mr. Toenjes concurrently serves as Chief Legal Officer for Store Space Self Storage, which he joined in 2020, and Sud Stop Car Wash, which launched in 2024. Prior to joining Real Capital, Mr. Toenjes was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for LifeStorage and helped oversee its $1.3 billion sale to Sovran Self Storage (NYSE:LSI).

Previously, Mr. Toenjes was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Coldwater Creek (NASDAQ CWTR), a nationwide, multi-channel retailer. He was also a shareholder with Moye White and Gorrell Giles, two Denver-based firms, and of counsel to the Atlanta law firm of Weissmann Zucker, et al.

Mr. Toenjes received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado, his Master of Science in Finance from the University of Houston, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Chief Accounting Officer

Irina Nashtatik serves as Chief Accounting Officer for Real Capital Partners and is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and risk management.

Ms. Nashtatik concurrently serves as CAO for Store Space Self Storage and Sud Stop Car Wash. Prior to joining Real Capital, Ms. Nashtatik was Chief Financial Officer at Nicholas Financial Inc. (NASDAQ: NICK) in Clearwater, FL, and Vice President of Finance at Bankers Financial Corp in St. Petersburg, FL.

She is an action-oriented strategic leader who can prioritize, communicate and collaborate to build relationships across departmental lines, and drive corporate finance strategies and projects to successful completion.

Ms. Nashtatik earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Higher School of Economics. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional and a member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of Financial Executives International.

Chief Investment Officer

Real Capital Partners Chief Investment Officer Edward Moran brings a decade of investment and acquisitions experience across multiple industries with expertise in identifying and executing strategic capital decisions.

Prior to joining Real Capital Partners, Mr. Moran was Senior Vice President of Investments at Store Space Self Storage, a top-20 storage operator. While there, he acquired more than 100 properties totaling more than 7.5 million sq. ft. and was responsible for building the company’s acquisition, asset management and finance teams.

Prior to Store Space, Mr. Moran worked at Lamar Companies, a national retail-focused real estate investment company with over $1 billion of acquisition and disposition volume, as well as a multi-family construction, acquisition, and development company in the New York City area.

Mr. Moran earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College.

As SVP of Operations for Store Space, Mr. Jackson is committed to enhancing daily organizational effectiveness. He has been instrumental in leading human resources and IT functions, overseeing the recruitment, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations efforts. His leadership has been pivotal in scaling the team, boosting employee engagement, and significantly reducing turnover rates.

Prior to joining Real Capital Partners, Mr. Jackson served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Thompson Thrift, a leading real estate development and construction company. There, he played a key role in driving company growth by implementing advanced HRIS and ATS technologies, restructuring HR functions, and launching a successful internship program that significantly increased the company’s talent pool.

Mr. Jackson earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development with a minor in Business Administration from Indiana State University.
